BR2092 is used when the plastic production after demoulding requires mechanical cutting of the moulds. The sprue moulds have to be cut mechanically. Its flat, ground cutting surfaces make it possible to separate clean. The flat cutting surfaces allow clean and flush separation of plastic injection moulds from sprues or casting waste. The sprue is cut directly into the moulded part, as the cutting edge runs through the mould because the cutting edge runs parallel to the workpiece. Compact and stable, with an opening spring for unloading the user. In many production jobs, the processes are often repeated, the opening spring can be appreciated here.
